Tuition & Policies
- TUITION/ PAYMENT POLICY
- Tuition for each 8-week session will be $240.
An initial non-refundable fee of $100. per family will be due at the time of registration with a completed Registration Form. - Please make payments by check to RAINBOW MUSIC SCHOOL or cash. Payment will be due on your first day of class,
- By registering, you are securing your spot in class and are committing to enrolling and paying for the entire 8- week session or remainder of the session if the session has already begun. There are no refunds or credits given for classes missed due to scheduling conflicts, sickness, vacation, etc .
- Our classes will follow the lead of the Rockport/Gloucester school districts for cancellations due to weather. Classes will not meet on Holidays or School Vacation Weeks. You will not be charged for these day There will be no charge for these cancellations and will not interfere with each 8-week session,
- Siblings Savings: Siblings in Kindermusik receive a 10% discounted tuition for each 8-week Our enrollment runs the school-year, from September through June. Please note that tuition payments are non-refundable.
- You will receive an invoice by email the week before each 8-week session. If you wish to pause your enrollment, or unenroll, please let me know by mid-month in writing before your next charge date so I can make sure you are not charged for the next 8-week session.
- Tuition will be pro-rated if you enroll in the middle of a session.
POLICIES
- Please use your cell phone to take pictures sparingly throughout class so as not distract from your time with your child or others.
- Snacks: Breastfeeding or bottle for little ones always welcome! Please reserve other snacks and drinks for outside of class time
- Illness policy: If your child is sick or running a fever, please do not come to class. This ensures a healthy environment for all children and any infant siblings that may be present. There is no credit for missed classes.
- Instruments: Instruments and props are cleaned a nd sanitized before use. Instruments are not used more than once on each class day.
- Teacher absence: If class is cancelled because of a teacher emergency or illness, notification will be sent out via text message. A make-up class will be scheduled at the end of the 8-week session as soon as possible. Refund will be provided in this instance if a canceled class cannot be scheduled for your convenience.
- Attendance: We know that babies and children gain more growth with routine and consistency! The greatest benefits are seen with regular attendance.
Submitted payments are non-refundable; however, if a class is full you will be given the opportunity to enroll in another available class.
